Our team works diligently to ensure that tenants are notified in a timely manner of the legal proceedings we take after rent is late.   We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Our maintenance staff conducts quarterly inspections of properties to ensure that your properties are being maintained for long term care of the property. Our team reviews with our owners any suggested repairs or updates with the owners prior to any scheduled maintenance.

Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing. Owners also receive a monthly Profit & Loss report that they will be able to provide to their accountants for Tax Preparation.
